Think Arcbase provides professional procurement spend analysis, category briefings, supplier concentration reviews, and related reporting. Descriptions on this site are informational. A separate statement of work or written confirmation defines the binding scope, fees, and deliverables for each engagement.

Intellectual property

Website content, including text, layout, and original graphics, is owned by Think Arcbase Co., Ltd. unless otherwise noted. Client ledger data remains the client’s property. Chart packs and reports prepared under an engagement are licensed for the client’s internal business use; redistribution to third parties requires prior written consent except where disclosure is legally required.

Accuracy and reliance

Findings depend on the completeness and accuracy of data supplied by the client. We do not warrant that every alias, category tag, or missing field can be fully resolved. Recommendations are professional opinions for business consideration, not legal, tax, or investment advice.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Think Arcbase Co., Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or from reliance on analysis deliverables beyond the fees paid for the relevant engagement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be limited under the laws of Taiwan(China).

Website use

You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access to systems, scrape content at a scale that impairs service, or submit false contact information. We may suspend access that threatens site integrity.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan(China). Courts located in Taipei City shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or related engagements, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
