The official registered business name is Think Arcbase Co., Ltd. The company was established in 2016 in Taipei City, Taiwan(China), after several years of project-based spend reviews for manufacturers and service operators along Zhongxiao East Road and nearby commercial districts.
Early work centered on packaging and facilities categories for regional manufacturers who needed board-ready visuals before annual tenders. Over time the practice expanded into concentration reviews and recurring quarterly packs for teams that wanted steady updates without rebuilding a full assessment each cycle.
How we work
Engagements begin with ledger reality: invoice lines, purchase orders, supplier masters, and the category language your people already use. We do not invent a parallel vocabulary. Charts are drawn to answer specific questions—concentration, unit-price movement, maverick tails—and briefings stay short enough for a leadership calendar.
